Free US shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $999 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $999 ship at a flat rate of $49. We currently ship to all 50 states; delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional carrier fees, which are shown at checkout.
Processing time
In-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email at the address on file.
Delivery estimates
- Small parcel items: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Freight / large furniture: 7–14 business days, scheduled with you in advance.
- Made-to-order pieces: estimated dispatch window is shown on the product page.
Freight & white-glove delivery
Large items such as sofas and beds ship via freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect your item on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
