Where do you ship?+
We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping is free on orders over $999 within the contiguous United States.
How long does delivery take?+
Small parcels arrive in 3–7 business days after processing. Large freight items take 7–14 business days and are scheduled with you in advance.
Can I return an item?+
Yes. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What warranty do you offer?+
Every frame is backed by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
Do your products require assembly?+
Most pieces require light assembly and include all tools and instructions. Assembly time is noted on each product page.
