Not the right fit? We make returns simple within 30 days of delivery.
30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Items must be in original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@growgenius.online with your order number.
How refunds work
- Once your return is received and inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of inspection.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping
For standard returns, a prepaid label is provided and the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover all return shipping and will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
5-year warranty
Every GrowGenius frame is backed by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. If a covered defect appears, contact us and we will repair or replace the affected part.
Non-returnable items
Clearance items marked final sale, gift cards, and custom made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
